Saved vm: Clone + reinitialize network doesn't really change MAC

Description
Steps to reproduce:
- make a VM, run it, pause it, save it (mac xxx7a)
- clone this VM, tick "reinitialise all network interfaces"
- start the clone
- clone's setting - network - adapter 1 shows new mac (xxxb5)
- clone's kernel still sees old mac xxx7a
- reboot clone from it's shell
- clone's setting - network - adapter 1 shows new mac (xxxb5)
- clone's kernel still sees old mac xxx7a
