Failed to install the Extension Pack C:/Users/V-Key/Downloads/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-5.0.12-104815.vbox-extpack.

Please remove the mentioned directory (...-inst-6696) manually. The reason for the existence of such a directory is often that a previous attempt to install the ExtPack failed, most likely because a VM was still running. As of VBox 5.0.12, an additional check detects if at least one VM is running and refuses to upgrade the ExtPack in that case.
