Dragging from Windows 10 guest to Windows 10 host does not work

Description
Sometimes it works.
Sometimes, when I drag from guest to host nothing happens and when I try to delete the file I dragged, I get error message (see VB-screenshot-1.jpg).

Sometimes I see what is shown on VB-screenshot-2.jpg. This lasts infinitely and virtual machine is unresponsive.
