Upgrade to 5.0.8 or 5.0.10 fails

Description

I am currently running VB 4.3.32 but cannot upgrade this to either 5.08 or 5.010 each time I try the insatll it ends with a fatel error and I have to re-install 4.3.32 to get my Virtual machines back. I am running Windows 10. I have tried several times still no luck.

Did you also try the following?

Uninstall VirtualBox (no worries, your VMs wouldn't be harmed)
Reboot the PC
Install VirtualBox 5.0.x (the latest available version -- currently 5.0.14)?
