Smartcard reader stop working with USB 3.0

Host : Ubuntu 14.04 64 bits Guest : Ubuntu 14.04 64 bits VirtualBox : 5.0.4 with extpack

I am using two different USB smartcard readers in the guest. In USB 1.0 and 2.0 everything works fine.

Using USB 3.0, the smartcard cannot be used (with pkcs11-tool from opensc for example).

Attached the VBox.log file as well as the pcscd log which shows the problem when communicating with the reader.

Please reopen if still relevant with a recent version of VirtualBox.
