Oh, and to analyze the crash dump please attach the corresponding VBox.log file of this VM session as well.

This is currently reproducing for me 100% of the time I sleep my machine. I'd be happy to help however I can. I'd be happy to attach this VBox.log file the next time it occurs. Can you tell me where I can find it?

The VBox.log file can be found in the VM directory: There is a directory named Logs. Or just open the VM selector, right click the VM / Show Log...

I added the logs from my experiences with my Macbook Pro(Yosemite) going to sleep and me coming back in the morning to find that the laptop has recovered from a crash(That seems to be vbox related). Hope it helps.

In your case there is no VBox related kernel driver in the kernel stack but some driver which indicates you have some software from http://www.covenanteyes.com/ installed. There are other crash reports for this software on the internet from people who don't have VBox installed. So it is not certain whether VBox or the other software causes the problem. You might try to uninstall Covenanteyes and try to reproduce the crash.
