Virtualbox crashes with memory could not be read error when sleeping.

Description

I'm running Linux Mint 17 as the guest on a windows 10 64-bit host. I get the "memory could not be read" error when the screen turns off or I put the laptop to sleep.

My Intel HD4000 drivers are up to date, I tried running virtualbox with administrative privileges, and have upgraded to the latest virtual box.

Any ideas why it's crashing still? If I disable 3d acceleration it works fine.
