Graphics adapter does often not react anymore and fallbacks to 1024x768

Description
I'm using Windows 10 as guest with the guest additions installed and I'm noticing that Windows claims sometimes that the graphics adapter does not react anymore and the resolution goes back to 1024x768. This seems to happen relative often (several minutes - hours) if I have an application opened that has the focus (like a browser with a website opened).
Even being on Windows 10 the graphics adapter from the guest additions calls itself "VirtualBox Graphics Adapter for Windows 8" so I'm not sure if the guest additions are maybe just not ready for Windows 10 or if this is another bug.

You forgot to attach VBox.log. Therefore it is nearly impossible to say anything about the problem. Most likely this is the same issue as in #14409, which has been fixed recently.
Please install latest guest additions from https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Testbuilds
