Description
Hello,
I do have problems with virtualbox 5.0.14 on linux kernel 4.4. I experienced that some virtual machines stuck while starting. So I created a new virtual Machine(Linux Mint). It boots using a livecd-image and I can install Linux Mint. While shutting down the virtual machine ist stucks and the cpu runs on 100% (i attached screenshots of htop and vbox-log while it stucks). After killing the virtualbox-processes and starting the virtualmachine it stucks again. I tried an installation 2 times. It was always the same.

VBox.log while starting the virtual machine

I think I solved the problem by myself. It seems to be a problem with copy-on-write of btrfs: https://www.virtualbox.org/ticket/11862
