Mac OS X operating system running virtual box with Ubuntu cannot access internet

Description
I've reconfigured the networks and looked under advanced options in preferences menu with no luck. I've tried to connect the host static IP internet connection to the virtual machine through host-only network. I cannot figure out how to get Wi-Fi on VBox.
