Mac Yosemite works fine on Intel Computer but not AMD

Description
Both have virtualization enabled. Same settings except the AMD one have better specs than the intel computer i have. It keeps getting into guru meditation. I have searched on it but not able to resolve the issue. Also tried the test build Version 5.0.21 r107545.
