problem with guest additions drivers in windows 7 guest, system crashed after load the drivers.

Description
i have the problem, if i use virtualbox 5.1 or higher, that my windows crashed if i have the guest additions installed after the system start load the drivers and windows crashed directly, without the install it works fine.
that is maybe a Qt5 bug all other and older verions before 5.1 works fine!
