At times when virtualizing a windows OS explorer not updating view

Description
There are times when I go into explorer and do basic file operations:
- Creating a folder
- Renaming a folder
- Copying files
Afterwards it requires a manual refresh or navigation back to the same file location for the changes to visible.
This has happened only twice now, the same image reloaded is not demonstrating the same problems.

So your guest is Windows 10, is that correct? Please attach a VBox.log file of such a VM session. Do you have 3D enabled? Any change if you disable 3D for this particular VM?
