Mouse Integration on OS/2 - eCS causes double pointer after guest addition upgrade.

Description
OS/2-eCS guest. Upgraded from Vbox 5.0.26 to 5.1.4. Installing guest additions seem normal. Reboot and find two mouse pointers. One system pointer sitting on top of the Guest pointer. They move together, well almost, but when the Guest pointer changes shape the system does not. All was well before installing the 5.1.4 guest additions.
Disable mouse integration and the pointer is normal.
