Some modern application show corrupted graphic in 3D accelerated mode

Description
On an Ubuntu 16.04 guest running in a Windows 7even host some application show complete corrupted graphic (only some black and white random pattern) Affected application
1) Chrome and Chromium with acceleration enabled 2) Skype for Linux beta (new version) 3) Ubuntu Amazon app
The VB log gets filled by these warnings:

This happens in all VirtualBox-Versions running GuestAdditions > 5.0.16. You can use newer VirtualBox-Versions but have to keep the 5.0.16 Additions otherwise graphical glitches like in the screenshot happen.
The funny thing is, the tiles flip around if one moves the mouse cursor...
