When upgrading virtualbox, icon is removed from the taskbar and unnecessary desktop shortcut created.

Description
OS: Windows 10 64-bit, version 1607, build 14393.105.
VirtualBox Version: Both 5.1.4 and 5.1.6.
When upgrading virtualbox, the icon for virtualbox is removed from it's pinned location on the windows taskbar, and a new icon was added to the desktop.
I normally have desktop icons set to not display, but noticed this errata when going through "This PC" -> "Desktop"
