Starting the operating system

Description
When i try to start ANY operating system, it says FATAL: No boot medium found! System Halted

This is not a bug. This is how it is supposed to be. When you get an emtpy hard drive in your computer, does it come with an Operating System, or do you have to install one? You should put a bootable CD in your CD/DVD or a bootable ISO.
For future reference, it's better and faster if problems like this one (configuration) get first addressed in the forums (https://forums.virtualbox.org/). 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements.
So, please ask your question in the forums if you can.
