Can you try upgrading to VirtualBox 5.1.7 (https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Testbuilds)
Also, and importantly, check that Hyper-V hasn't been re-enabled. I noticed that one of the latest insider preview builds over the past week or so re-enables Hyper-V causing VirtualBox to fail.
I'm running Insider Build build 14942 and VirtualBox test build 5.1.7 works fine for now.

Should be fixed with VBox 5.1.8. Please reopen if necessary.
