Hi Team ,
I was trying to create virtual machine for Kali linux OS on my Windows 8 64 -bit OS machine . I downloaded VirtualBox-5.1.8-111374-Win.exe and when i was searching 64-bit version , it wasn't there in list .

This is not a bug, this is a configuration problem. You don't have VT-x enabled in the BIOS, or something else is using it.
May I suggest something? It's usually better and faster, if problems like this one (configuration) get first addressed in the forums (https://forums.virtualbox.org/). More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of.
So, if you can, please open a new thread in the VirtualBox on Windows Hosts section.
