Description
Actual: When a vm is suspended, unlike real hardware, both the RTC and the system clock are stopped.
Expected: Like on actual hardware the RTC should continue, or should appear to do so by virtue of being synchronized with the host when the VM is resumed.
If the VM is power cycled, VirtualBox resets the virtual RTC to the correct time.
