Description
Cannot start a virtual box machine (configured for Windows 10) in Window 7 - it worked, but now it causes BSOD - APC_INDEX_MISMATCH (probably after Windows update).
The very same problem when I created a new (empty) virtual machine.
(Computer DELL Optiplex. I was using VirtualBox 5.0.x, but update for 5.1.10 did not solve the issue.)

Found the fix - it was in headset driver: everything is ok after I removed it and add it again.
