macos sierra mouse focus

macos sierra is riddled with idiotic new "features". One is that double clicking on a VB VM icon within the VB app does not change focus to the VM (it used to, prior to Sierra). Another is, the VM icon in the dock requires two clicks to change focus - the first changes focus to the VB app, and the second changes the window focus. Prior to Sierra, simply clicking once on the VM icon in the dock would have the desired effect.
