Why do you think that it's VirtualBox that caused the kernel panic? You have at least three other loaded kexts ("com.intel.kext.intelhaxm"
, "com.Cycling74.driver.Soundflower"
, "com.kensington.trackballworks.driver"
) and another that tried (as the last one) to load but it actually didn't make it: "com.devguru.driver.SamsungMTP"
.
Which of these is responsible, it not that easy to figure out. Can you try uninstalling one by one and see what happens?

Intel HAXM has been shown time and again to be causing problems. Please update to the latest Intel HAXM 7.5.4 (2019-10-29) (as of this writing), and see if that fixes it.
Closing the ticket after 3 years as [Invalid], please re-open if it's still relevant with a new HAXM version.
