Description
As in this post: https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=81546 The error says:
The I/O cache encountered an error while updating data in medium "ahci-0-0" (rc=VERR_DISK_FULL). Make sure there is enough free space on the disk and that the disk is working properly. Operation can be resumed afterwards.
If it were made clear that the "disk" being discussed was the host's physical disk the guest was stored on, the error may be a hint more interpretable by newer users.
