Description
Shell intepreter output with debug enabled: http://paste.ubuntu.com/23948952/
The script attempts to find VBoxAdditions-amd64.run, however in the ISO only VBoxAdditions.run exists(and, it works)
ISO content list: http://paste.ubuntu.com/23948984/
I run the script from terminal, running it from a X.org File Manager just renders a window and disappears...

Summary: | VBA's autorun.sh failes with "Linux guest additions installer not found" due to filename not match → VBA's autorun.sh fails as no common terminal emulator installed -> won't fix due to low priority |
If you are installing from the command line then run VBoxAdditions.run directly (as super-user). The auto-run script is failing because you do not have any of the terminal emulators installed that it knows about, not because it looks for the wrong executable. I will close this as won't fix, not because it is not valid, but because there are simply too many other things to fix which affect more people worse than this. If you can think of a sensible way to improve the auto-installer behaviour which does not involve customising it for additional special cases though feel free to add a comment.
