Description
To replicate you'll have to watch a video in guest for up to 10 minutes. This issue seams to follow a schedule, occurring at regular time intervals. It only lasts for about 5 seconds. It doesn't seam to appear anything in the log about this, but I attached it anyway.

Thanks for the heads-up. That code was removed for 5.1.16. We are still working on an improvement.
