Problem in Oracle VM Virtual Manager Screen

Description
On top left, when i click for the first time to full screen (green button), there is a defect on screen. the problem gone away if i click on any guest machine. i attached a screen to help you to see the problem.

You didn't mention your host version, but I suspect that it's 10.12.something, please verify.
I can confirm that the same issue appears with a 10.9.5 host, when I take the VBManager to full-screen. In 10.9.5 there is a different "green button" (aka maximize) and a different full screen widget. Maximize works OK, but full-screen doesn't.
