Description
Trying to run Starcraft 1.16, the graphics appear corrupted, with lines running all over the place.
With 2D acceleration disabled, starcraft renders scaled to window size just fine.

close this off and use 16687, the screenshot failed to attach to this one and ended up duplicating the bug.
