VBox Manager: Make the double click Start action configurable

Description
Upon a double click on a VM, the VM starts in "normal" mode. It would be a great enhancement if this default start mode could be configured to be one of
- normal
- detachable
- detached
Currently, this can only be done in the context menu or with a keyboard shortcut.

I agree, this would be a very very valuable addition to functionality. Many problems exist when restarting many machines, including they do not default to Detachable when being restarted. Then my environment uses cpu and memory to run GUI I simply neither need not want visible. Value out of ten - 9/10
