But you also have this as well:

This could either be a very "lucky" choice for a VM name, or it could be a V2V from a VirtualPC installation...

Your CPU does not support VT-x (source:Intel). The VM is forced to resort to raw mode. Since 5.1.x VirtualBox relies more and more on having VT-x available for the proper execution of the VM. Your best option at this point, I believe, is to try the VirtualBox 5.0.x series.
