- A Win10 update is really an invasive operation, it's not a simple update. You should always reinstall applications like VirtualBox after a Win10 update, or any other application that uses kernel drivers. It's the safest option.
- 5.0.40 is quite old for Win10. Upgrade to the latest of the 5.1.x series.
- Always shut down the VM before grabbing the log. And then ZIP it.
- You have a USB filter installed that captures your Logitech Unifying Receiver? From the log:
VUSB: Attached '00000000040bd720[proxy 046d:c52b]' to port 2
It's usually better and faster, if issues like this one get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums. More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is most probably not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".
So, if you can, please open a new thread in the VirtualBox on Windows Hosts section of the forums.
Be sure to say that you came from the bugtracker and include the ticket #.

Please reopen if this was not solved in the forums, I successfully tested passing through a Logitech Unifying Receiver into a VM and could type in the guest with a paired keyboard.
