excel 2002 crashes upon close on win7 guest in VB 5.1.22 r115126 (Qt5.6.1) on ubuntu 14.04

On close or exit win7 reports excel crashed. This crash happens every time.

The VB log file has no indications at all for this event.

Recently VB updated to 5.1.28 r117968 (Qt5.6.1)

Excel 2002 now does not crash on exit!

I don't know if you took action to fix it or some other fix cured this too... but it appears to be cured.

Well, it is back at it again. The VB has not changed. Nor has the Excel. I previously reported it working after the VB update and then repeated Excel starting and stopping. However nearly 2 weeks later and Excel crashed the first time I used it since last reporting.
