Whenever I plug-in Microsoft Lifechat LX3000 USB headphones to my Mac, which is my VirtualBox host, VirtualBox crashes. Below is the event log.

Regarding your problem: There was a fix post-5.1.26. Could you try the latest test build to verify it resolves your problem?
