Apples EULA forbids running OS X on non Apple hardware. This is not supported and we will not provide any support for it.

Users with Apple hardware may want to test past versions of macOS when developing applications. If the host machine is Apple hardware and the user has purchased all relevant hardware and software components, I really don't see a problem.

Sure, that is not a problem but the reporter stated that the host is not Apple hardware (Asus ROB G75) laptop which is also visible in the log files.
