High Sierra kept restarting

Description
I have checked with VmWare - problem only happens with oracle virtual box.
When the VM is booting up, it crashes and restarts the boot again. I'm not 100% sure, that all my 128MB graphics card is used, as there was an issue previously.
I have an SSD also, but on Mac even if I set solid state drive, it's not using the speed, my mouse greeted on El Capitan even my CPU usage was low. I have tried many combinations.
