Description
We need to disable all possibilities to upload VMs to Oracle cloud per machine via GPO or MSI property at install time.
You know, cloud is bad and steals data. This is a no-go.

There is no direct upload happening (so far), VirtualBox only supports exporting VMs in the Oracle Cloud format (tar.gz image) onto the local disk. The user would have to upload the exported file on its own. And even if it would I don't see the gain because the user would just be able to upload the disk image manually if there are no other security measures in place on the network preventing this.
