Key fingerprint in downloads area cannot be verified

Lists two key fingerprints. However, there is no way to actually verify the fingerprints, even using methods from ​https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9607295/how-do-i-find-my-rsa-key-fingerprint - either it does not work, or a passphrase is requested.

Please list a method that works to verify the key fingerprints.
