see ticket #16757 configuration is wrong again and the certificate is returning the wrong name:
Common Name (CN) a248.e.akamai.net
until resolved Chrome won't let you download extension pack

Actually this seems to be a misconfiguration at our end too - please try again.

I believe that this is a problem with Chrome converting our http download links into https, without checking whether we actually do https.
