sir,
there is an issue in my virtual box in which my xp virtual window going to
guru meditation & not work my virtual box window.

Did it work with older versions of VBox and is the guest really Windows XP as indicated in the VBox.log?
Btw., according to the processor spec you system supports hardware assisted virtualization but it seems to be not enabled in the BIOS/UEFI firmware. Check for some configuration labeled with "virtualization" there and turn it on. This should allow to use hardware assisted virtualization instead of the legacy software virtualization which is not perfect.
