VirtualBox VM 5.1.34_Ubuntu r121010 linux.amd64 (Feb 2 2018 12:27:46) release log
It looks like you're using the distro's fork version of VirtualBox. You can either ask in their forums for help, or completely remove/uninstall/delete/purge their version and install the official version from the Downloads section of VirtualBox.
It's usually better and faster, if issues like this one (configuration, question) get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums. More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is most probably not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".

Another thing that I noticed:
00:00:04.091636 HM: HMR3Init: Falling back to raw-mode: VT-x is not available
Unfortunately, your Intel Core2 Duo T4400 does not support VT-x. So, chances are that you can't run this VM. Your best bet would be to try something from the 4.3.x series, or the 5.0.x series, or the 5.1.x series. The higher the VirtualBox version, the more dependent it is on the existence of VT-x, as the "raw mode" (mentioned above) tends to get phased out.
