Change Group Fails - Forward-slash in VM name (host: Windows 64-bit)

When attempting to change the group of my OS/2 VM, via drag-n-drop, it fails to rename the settings file.

Here is the error message (it's rather small, so I'm just dumping it):

Failed to save the settings of the virtual machine OS/2 Warp 4 to C:\Users\veganaize\VirtualBox VMs\GNU_Linux\OS_2 Warp 4\OS_2 Warp 4.vbox.

Could not rename the settings file 'C:\Users\veganaize\VirtualBox VMs\GNU_Linux\OS_2 Warp 4\OS_2 Warp 4.vbox' to 'C:\Users\veganaize\VirtualBox VMs\GNU_Linux\OS_2 Warp 4\OS/2 Warp 4.vbox' (VERR_PATH_NOT_FOUND).

Result Code: E_FAIL (0x80004005)

As you can see, near the end of the second line, it is attempting to replace the (previous) underscore with a forward-slash in the file's name.
