Hello,
open cmd with privilege admin:
VirtualBox.exe --extract
msiexec /i VirtualBox-5.2.22-r126460-MultiArch_amd64.msi /qn REBOOT=ReallySuppress TARGETDIR="D:\Program Files\Oracle"/L*V "VirtualBox522amd64.log"
Virtualbox is installed to "C:\Program Files\Oracle\VirtualBox\ and not in D:\
D:\ => Other hard drive in NTFS

Your original log returns a "404 Not found". That's why you always include logs locally...
