Description
Unable to mount shared windows folder to Linux via VirtualBox
I am following steps mentioned in the below below blog https://blogs.sap.com/2017/09/04/newbies-guide-installing-abap-as-751-sp02-on-linux/
I am using Version 5.2.22 r126460 (Qt5.6.2) VirtualBox - I installed Linux openSUSE-Leap-42.3-DVD-x86_64.iso version.
The config goes through fine in Virtual Box but when I look for the cd /media/sf_s4installer folder ( media folder) - it is not available in Linux.
Please help.
Thanks, Rama

- I suggest you look at the most authoritative "blog" on the subject; the "User Manual".
- It's usually better and faster, if issues get first addressed in the VirtualBox forums, a lot more eyes there. More than 95% of the issues are resolved over there, which keeps the developers focusing on the bug fixes and enhancements, and there is no need for another ticket to keep track of. For example, yours is most probably not a bug and someone from the developers has to deal with it and close it as "Invalid".
- You were supposed to follow these steps when you filed the bug, and provide a VBox.log:
