Menu- and status-bar centralized (move to Control center) to more view visual space for guest

Description
My future request is: Menu- and status-bar not to only deactivade. It more an request to born a control Center and add it to Virtualbox Manager.
When menu- and status-bar in virtualBox deactivaded is and the title space from virtualBox-window not view, come more visual space but some times menu- and status-bar is helpfuel. But centralized in a separate window / in Virtualbox Manager is better for some users.
Or better add in "guest Additions", as Bar on the guest-desktop? But what when guest crash? Better status-bar just optional on guest desktop.
