VirtualBox 6.0 crash and make Windows reboot

Description
Hi. I have problem for latest VirtualBox. Yesterday my VirtualBox still working. But today after I update VirtualBox from 6.0.2 to 6.0.4, when I run virtual I have, they crash and directly reboot my PC.
I just reinstall all component of VirtualBox. Delete all VMs. Create new VMs like before crash. But still crash.
Did VBox 6.0.4 have problem compability with Windows 10 build 18323.19H1? (NB : I use Insider Preview for my Windows 10).
My spec :
- RAM 4GB Dual Channel PC-3-10700 (667 MHz)
- Processor Core i3-2120 @3.30Ghz (4 core)
- Internal VGA Intel HD Graphics 256MB
- All Virtualization Setting On (Hyper-V or else)
