Guest time lags behind after an online snapshot deletion

Description
I had some mysterious cases of huge clock drifts, and other times it was perfect for days… I think I found the problem: it happens shortly after an online snapshot deletion.
Here's a log of a FreeBSD guest running on a FreeBSD host, being perfectly synchronized for the first 2h44, but then losing 60" every 8 minutes after the snapshot is deleted.
