#18416 new defect

Each time VirtualBox starts VM from the saved state it hangs up with error E_FAIL (0x80004005)

Description

This problem occurs each time I start virtual machine from the saved state.

This problem occurs on VirtualBoX versions 6.03, 6.04 and 6.05 r128628

This problem occurs on any kind of virtual machines (Windows XP, Windows 7, Ubuntu etc)

This not a duplicate of #18263 - I have no SCSI:LsiLogic controller
This not a duplicate of #18265 - enabling IO APIC doesn't solve the problem at me
