See forum topic 91108<1> and summary. This is possibly due to uname(2) returning non-zero on success on Solaris.

Confirmed fixed on the forums. The fix will be in 6.0 Additions test builds after revision 128880, once they are uploaded.

As there are additional problems with VMSVGA and Solaris, and no clear advantage over VBoxVGA (notably no acceleration in Solaris with VMSVGA) I will mark this as "won't fix".

Re-opening this, as it apparently affects Solaris guests using vboxvideo too.
