I have a something similar Problem. Virtualbox 6.06 GUI Elements are very small on one Monitor and very large on the other 2. I have 3 24' Monitor Setup (Same Display Type).
The Screenshot is showing the following:
Left Monitor: Small, not readable GUI, Middle Monitor: Large fonts, Right Monitor: Virtual Machine recognizing the wrong resolution (this happens after switching to seamless Mode)
With Virtualbox 5.2 everything worked fine. I Have Linux Mint 18.3 Sylvia as Host System

I Upgraded to Linux Mint 19 (Ubuntu 18.04) but the Problem is still there.

I think downgrade to older version is not a very good solution... This is a bug in Virtualbox 6.X
What version can we expect to repair this error?

This issue has been discussed in the forums at https://forums.virtualbox.org/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=92877 I've experienced it with version 6. I have 4k monitor and 1920x1080 monitors. I have confirmed that if I reduce all monitors to one resolution, the problem goes away. It only occurs when there are different resolutions used on multiple monitors.
Ah, you're having some kind of issue with the manager UI not handling the different pixel densities somehow... let's see what the GUI experts say for this. Not my area, all my screens have pretty identical pixel densities and work with 100% scaling factor.
