I managed to get there, but unsafely. If you remove the https:// at the beginning of the URL (which is not recommended as it removes the security of your connection) you can get it to download. This may be due to a certificate issue on Oracle's end.
Here's a slightly modified version of the link (like I was talking about above, notice the missing https:// replaced by an http://): http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/6.0.6/VirtualBox-6.0.6-130049-Win.exe

If you download VirtualBox install file from HTTP, don't forget to check its digital signature. It must be signed by Oracle Corporation.
